As a Human Resources Advisor, you’ll provide expert HR guidance and operational support, enabling leaders to manage people effectively and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. About The Role Provide high-quality HR advice on performance, conduct, and employee relations Support leaders in managing health and wellbeing cases, return‑to‑work plans, and compliance Deliver coaching and education to build leader capability and confidence Facilitate HR initiatives, policy rollouts, and organisational change projects Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of HR processes About You You’re a proactive HR professional with strong relationship‑building skills and a passion for enabling people and culture. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring a solutions‑focused mindset. You’ll bring Degree in Human Resource Management or related field 3–5 years’ experience in HR advisory or generalist roles Strong understanding of contemporary HR practices and employment legislation Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive matters with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Why join RACQ?
