We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Advisor to join our team at the Kedron Head Office. Key Responsibilities Support the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, off‑boarding, contracts, and documentation. Advise line managers and operations staff on HR best practices, policy, employee relations and case management. Support salaried and award‑covered workforce across blue‑ and white‑collar roles. Contribute to the ongoing rollout and optimisation of our HRIS system. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams. Utilise HRIS tools (e.g., ConnX, MS Office) to manage People and Culture activities. Help drive our digital and social employee value proposition for the whole group. Qualifications & Experience Completed a qualification in Human Resources (HR). Have you got the right to work in Australia? Experience required: 2+ years in Human Resources (HR).
