About The Opportunity We are seeking a Building Services BIM Modeller / Drafter with 5-10 years' experience to join our team, responsible for creating precise models, technical drawings and plans for our projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with engineers to translate design concepts into accurate, high-quality models and drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Working closely with our engineers on our buildings and transport infrastructure projects. Create high-quality deliverables by translating design concepts and markups into high-quality models and drawings. Follow client and industry standards. Ensure deliverables are delivered on time and manage competing priorities. Required Experience Associate Diploma in Engineering. Minimum of 3 years experience in the Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulics services fields. High proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Good understanding of how engineering drawings are managed. Excellent attention to detail to produce high quality drawings. Working knowledge of relevant industry and client standards. Excellent communication skills. Working in a fast-paced environment with good problem solving skills. Additional Preferred Experience Experience in the use of common data environments such as Autodesk Construction Cloud and ProjectWise. Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD automation tools. Proficiency in MicroStation.
