About the Role: TP Human Capital is looking for a Safety and Compliance Officer . This role focuses on ensuring the safety of all staff and contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and promoting a strong safety culture. The initial contract is for 6 months with possible extension. Key Responsibilities: Monitor adherence to safety processes Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits. Oversee contractor compliance and provide guidance. Investigate and report incidents and near-misses. Maintain accurate safety records and documentation. Conduct or prepare content for toolbox meetings Provide recommendations for improving safety management systems. Essential Skills and Experience: Strong understanding of WHS principles and regulations. Proven experience in safety roles, preferably in construction environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
