The application process will also require the applicant to demonstrate competency in one or more of the following high risk food safety auditing units of competency: FBPAUD5001 Audit a bivalve mollusc growing and harvesting process FBPAUD5002 Audit a cook chill process FBPAUD5003 Audit a heat treatment process FBPAUD5004 Audit manufacturing of ready-to-eat meat products Food Safety Auditor | Course Duration The duration of the course is 5 Days (approximately 40 contact hours) . Participants will also be required to complete homework assignments, written assessments and submit portfolio assignments. Portfolio assignments include completing two audits of at least two different food preparation sites (arranged by learner).
