Carer - Concord About RFBI The Royal Freemasons’ Benevolent Institution (known as RFBI) is a non‑for‑profit (NFP) organisation that has been in operation for 145 years. We currently operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and ACT. Position Information We are currently seeking an experienced aged care carer to join our wonderful team and work at our RFBI Concord Masonic Village. You will play a key part in our care team by providing a wide range of personal care services to our residents. We are an award‑winning, leading aged care provider delivering the best quality aged care services that are making a difference in people’s lives. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Shower, dress, groom, assist with meals and make the beds. Provide basic clinical care including wound dressing, assist with medication delivery and record basic clinical observations. Provide care management for diabetes, arthritis and other conditions. Enter reports and observations into our computer program – iCare. Assist and follow directions of the Care Manager to achieve the best possible person‑centred care. What we look for: Certificate III in Aged Care. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in an aged care environment. An enthusiastic and motivated approach. Current First Aid Certificate. Valid police check clearance. Must be eligible to work in Australia. What’s on offer: Work for one of the best providers in the aged care sector.
