What You’ll Drive The Apprentice Liaison Officer (ALO) provides a specialist case management approach to servicing Apprentice(s) and their Employers undertaking trade training through TAFE SA. Working closely within a dedicated Education Program the ALO will manage a high caseload of clients with a primary focus on the Apprentice/Student to support, connect and guide them in navigating their Apprenticeship journey alongside TAFE SA’s trade specific course delivery arrangements. The Skills You Bring Proven experience in developing and maintaining relationships with a range of clients both internally and externally in the Australian Apprenticeship and/or Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, including experience in influencing and managing change. Demonstrated experience in the development and coordination of a student/case management approach including providing contextualised and tailored advice to internal and external customers within the Australian Apprenticeship and/or Vocational Education and Training (VET) sectors. Demonstrated ability to monitor, review and interpret a range of complex information and data, generate reports and provide solution focused recommendations, whilst ensuring compliance with legislation, policies and procedures. What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
