Speech Pathologist - Early Start Australia Graduate Program We are offering a Graduate Program designed to support a smooth onboarding and ongoing development for new Speech Pathologists. You will receive a high level of supervision, a guided caseload, a dedicated buddy, and fortnightly technical training to boost your clinical skills and confidence. You will be mentored by experienced clinicians delivering therapy in clinics, client homes and schools, and via telehealth, with 1-on-1 mentoring from a senior clinician to support your career ambitions. As part of Early Start Australia, you will join a well-connected network of teams across more than 45 clinics nationally, collaborating with talented Allied Health and client support professionals to deliver holistic care for children. You will experience a balance of in-clinic and in-community work, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that encourages knowledge sharing and coordinated treatment planning. You Will Also Have A degree in Speech Pathology Eligibility for SPA registration upon graduating Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025 A full valid driver’s license with access to your own vehicle and third party insurance A valid Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain A clear current Police Check, or willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain First Aid and CPR certification, or willingness to obtain Excellent communication and time management skills, with attention to detail More About Early Start Australia Early Start Australia is a national multidisciplinary Allied Health organisation focused on care for children.
