Working closely with executive leadership you will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team strengthen clinical capability and support the ongoing development of emergency medicine services. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality evidence-based care Overseeing clinical governance quality safety and risk management Managing workforce planning recruitment rostering and performance of medical staff Driving service improvement innovation and patient-flow optimisation Building strong partnerships with internal teams regional services and external stakeholders Supporting education training and professional development across the department About You We are seeking a collaborative motivated and visionary Emergency Medicine leader.
