Working closely with executive leadership, you will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team, strengthen clinical capability, and support the ongoing development of emergency medicine services. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing the Emergency Department to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care Overseeing clinical governance, quality, safety and risk management Managing workforce planning, recruitment, rostering and performance of medical staff Driving service improvement, innovation and patient-flow optimisation Building strong partnerships with internal teams, regional services and external stakeholders Supporting education, training and professional development across the department About You We are seeking a collaborative, motivated and visionary Emergency Medicine leader.
