Key Responsibilities Leading and managing the Emergency Department to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care Overseeing clinical governance, quality, safety and risk management Managing workforce planning, recruitment, rostering and performance of medical staff Driving service improvement, innovation and patient‑flow optimisation Building strong partnerships with internal teams, regional services and external stakeholders Supporting education, training and professional development across the department About You We are seeking a collaborative, motivated and visionary Emergency Medicine leader.
