Specific Selection Criteria Approval to teach Library (Secondary) or currently undertaking or currently enrolled in Library (Secondary) qualifications approved by the NSW Department of Education. Demonstrated skills in managing and developing both digital and print collections to ensure high-quality resources that support curriculum, enrichment and whole-school needs. Experience in working with teachers to embed information, digital and research skills across KLAs, supported by strong knowledge of digital technologies and library systems. Able to build belonging and connection through purposeful library programs, events and partnerships that engage students, staff, families and the wider community. Committed to the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy, with experience promoting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander voices and supporting the inclusion of Aboriginal perspectives across the curriculum. Conditions An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement.
