About the Role With a highly skilled team filled with an eclectic mix of creative, client services and production professionals, Seeker Agency is searching for an experienced mid-weight Graphic Designer who can deliver across a diverse range of experiential marketing and event activity. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients branding to life through compelling concepts, event identity and production‑ready collateral, which is aligned with the creative direction, client objectives, brand guidelines and messaging. Closely collaborating with our internal teams and clients, you will be a conceptual thinker, who understands practical outcomes and applications, bringing innovative ideas to numerous exciting projects simultaneously. Responsibilities Interpret and work to detailed design briefs from initial concept to finished art Bring clients' events to life via graphic design concepts, logos, illustrations, identities and marketing collateral Design, develop and deliver top‑notch print and digital graphics Design graphics and design packs ready for production Lead the management of digital assets Take a holistic approach, from ideation to briefing, designing, quality control and production through to the end outcome and results Designing for a strategic consumer journey and the 3D application of event graphics Bring innovative ideas, strong visual communication, and creative design solutions to numerous projects simultaneously Finesse internal company documents, such as pitch proposals, tenders, case studies and website material Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices About You Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe suite products Ability to create all final art and print ready artwork, including large format Proven understanding of printing requirements and processes A creative and strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams, suppliers, and clients A visual communicator with a passion for creative design solutions Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills A can‑do attitude and true team player Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment Ability to deliver on deadlines with competing priorities Strong understanding of events, marketing, branding, and visual communication objectives, guidelines and strategies Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, competitive landscape and market trends Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint design skills highly regarded) Some knowledge of 3D applications like Cinema 4D or Blender would be ideal, but not required At least 4+ years’ experience in Graphic Design Why Join Us?
