Experienced Outbound/ColdCall Appointment Setters Only Commission Only - Remote Working Role About the Company Outsell Group is a leading business growth company specialising in making high quality appointments for the renewable energy sector. About the Role We’re seeking experienced cold‑calling appointment setters to join our outbound appointments team for a new campaign: The Campaign: A new energy plan which includes installing solar on customers homes with $0 cost and will save 20‑40% off their energy bills via Alinta and other major energy retailers. The company has just been invested $70m to grow. Your role: To book virtual appointments (Google Meet) so a specialist can meet with them and let them know which energy plans are available to them – including free solar on their roof Remote working: Work from home flexibility Minimum hours required: 25 hours per week or more Commission Only (no hourly rate or base): OTE 10‑20 appointments per week = OTE $1k to $3k per week Commission paid weekly: Every Friday for qualified and seen appointments Working on an ABN required. Only available to Australian citizens. Do not apply if you are on a temporary work visa or if living outside Australia.
