Qualifications & experience Strong communication skills - verbal and written Client centric focus Tasks & responsibilities Case management of clients with physical and/or psychological injury/illness Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance on recovery and return to work Conduct a wide range of assessments, including Initial Needs Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, Functional Assessments, Activities of Daily Living, etc Attend Medical Case Conferences with various specialists/health practitioners Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, Employers, Insurers and Brokers Benefits Lucrative Bonus Structure: Earn up to an additional 20% of your salary, paid quarterly Realistic and achievable KPIs Cents per Kms reimbursement as per ATO $2000 per year individual CPD allowance Smart phone and laptop provided Quarterly social events Bi-annual Values awards- gift vouchers for winners We are a fast growing business and offer excellent career progression opportunities.
