Job DescriptionWe are seeking individuals with a professional background in Occupational Therapy to support Activities of Daily Living Assessment for individuals as a result of work-related injury or illness in Wollongong NSW area. As part of Activities of Daily Living Assessments , you will:Assess an individual's Personal, Domestic, and Community ADL's, and identify recommendations for services, support, and/or assistive equipment; Complete equipment trails in person with your clients, to ensure this recommendation is safe and appropriate for the Injured Worker, as well as prompting independence in their day-to-day life; Education to our clients and Injured Workers to compliment recommendations for support, and/or assistive equipment.
