The Role Strive recognises an opportunity for an aspiring Senior Consultant within our Brisbane Team to assist with the growth and development occurring within the region. As industry leaders in complex case management, Strive’s approach focuses on early intervention in our engagement with clients including critical incident response, onsite support and team support services. This role provides an opportunity to join a variety of existing projects across Southeast Queensland, engaging with clients onsite with a focus on upskilling, training and debriefing. Key Responsibilities Manage early intervention and mental health prevention project opportunities (up to 2‑3 days a fortnight) Facilitate workshops around resilience and wellbeing, de‑calation, managing vicarious trauma, and having difficult conversations Engage in team interventions and thematic analysis of team dynamics to provide innovative solutions to improve team cohesion Manage a case load of clients with a broad range of psychosocial needs, employee support and manager coaching Deliver projects and programs for Strive customers, including workers compensation, state government, DVA and other insurer and private sector work Travel regionally throughout Southeast Queensland and other parts of Queensland as required Skills And Experience We’re looking for someone who shares our vision of helping individuals and teams be connected through work. You should value skills of the heart as much as skills of the head, and be excited to develop innovative health prevention projects. Availability for regional travel is required. Access to fleet vehicle, laptop, mobile phone and iPad will be provided.
