Join to apply for the Human Resources Coordinator role at Place Estate Agents We’re on the lookout for an organised, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our tight-knit HR team of nine. This is a newly created role driven by significant business growth, offering the opportunity to step into a new portfolio and truly make it your own from day one. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves being hands‑on, building relationships, and providing day‑to‑day HR support across a diverse group of internal clients. In this role, you'll support a portfolio, partnering with leaders and employees to deliver smooth, simple, and consistent HR processes. You’ll be part of a shared-service model where you are the trusted point of contact for your allocated offices supporting their people with confidence, professionalism, and care. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of guidance and leadership support. This is a full-time position based at our beautiful James Street Head Office. What You’ll Be Doing Coordinate recruitment processes end‑to‑end: job briefs, advertising, interviewing support, feedback, offers, and documentation. Support onboarding activities including welcome sessions, startup steps, system setup, and first‑week check‑ins. Assist with offboarding, letters, exit interviews, and system updates. Provide HR advice across awards, policies, letters, and ER matters. Support WHS processes, compliance requirements, and employee records. Assist with people projects, policy updates, culture initiatives, and business‑wide communication. Maintain HR documents, forms, and trackers, and support continuous improvement across the portfolio. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline (or currently completing). 1‑3 years’ experience in an HR Coordinator role. Understanding of basic HR processes, legislation, and award interpretation. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment. A team player who thrives in a supportive, fun, and fast‑paced environment.
