Senior Loyalty Marketing Officer

Singapore Airlines is seeking a Senior Loyalty Marketing Officer for the Loyalty Marketing team based in Melbourne. This is a full‑time temporary position on a 9‑month contract, from January 2026 to September 2026. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Events Management Develop and implement an annual events calendar for PPS Club and Loyalty events. Coordinating and negotiating with suppliers while managing a budget. End‑to‑end event management including invitations, run sheets, internal and external stakeholder coordination, and post‑event surveys and reviews. Partners and Member Management Support KrisFlyer partner management and support, including partner servicing. Coordinating and supporting KrisFlyer communications development. PPS Club and KrisFlyer Servicing Coordinating KrisFlyer/PPS Club member servicing and engagement. Serve as point of contact for KrisFlyer servicing requests from internal business units. Administration Department budgeting and administration. Reporting utilizing a range of SIA internal systems. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Good understanding of the travel market and frequent flyer industry. Interest and experience in events, marketing, and/or customer loyalty. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Sound written and verbal presentation skills. Confidence with budgets and administrative tasks. Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain results focus. Team‑player mentality with willingness to assist colleagues. Competence with Office 365 and digital knowledge‑management systems. The position has a starting salary of A$70,000, which may be adjusted commensurate with experience and forms part of an overall salary package that includes superannuation. All candidates must be eligible to work in Australia, as evidenced by Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
