Job Description Your role as a People & Culture Business Partner As a trusted advisor, you’ll work closely with People and Culture Manager, leaders and employees to shape a thriving workplace culture. You’ll have the opportunity to: Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Support change management, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being programs Support workplace health and safety (WHS) initiatives, by providing education on compliance and promoting a safe work environment. Manage workplace injuries and return-to-work processes in collaboration with management and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practices Drive engagement strategies that align with organisational goals. Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring HR Expertise – Demonstrated experience in HR roles, with exposure to strategic and operational initiatives. Employment Law & Compliance – Strong knowledge of employment law, WHS standards, and HR best practices. Communication & Relationship Management – Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to ensure you can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Emotional Intelligence & Confidentiality – High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters. Qualifications & Experience – Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
