Agency Account Management (Advertising, Arts & Media)Small but mighty Our client is a growing indie agency specializing in strategy, creative, social, digital, media, and content. They create engaging communication campaigns that reinforce and elevate their clients' brand positions.Having grown exponentially over the past 12 months, they are now seeking a Social Media Account Manager to join their social team. They cover both B2C and B2B sectors, serving industries such as education, retail, government, sports, and hospitality.Reporting to the Head of Social and acting as their second-in-command (2iC), your main duties will include:· Conceptualizing organic and paid content strategies· Leading the ideation process for each social campaign· Providing performance reports for retainer clients· Collaborating with internal teams to translate concepts into compelling content· Generating ideas for our always-on content model· Offering training to team members on paid social advertising techniques, reporting, and platform best practices· Managing a portfolio that includes primarily social projects, along with smaller eDM and website projectsAbout You as the Social Media Account Manager· Previous experience in an agency environment or an in-house social team· Strong experience in social media, primarily paid media· Proven ability to ideate and develop creative concepts for social media· Excellent organizational and planning skills· Strong stakeholder and client management skillsAlternatively, if you prefer a private conversation or wish to explore other client service roles, get in touch now for a chat with Dave Morgan at this job advert
