The Opportunity As a Genesis Sales Consultant you will facilitate the Genesis purchasing experience by providing a high level of service to our customers in our Gold Coast Showcase. You will be the critical touch point between customers and the Genesis brand, maintaining a high‑end retail environment and driving business growth through commercial focus and teamwork. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business success. Convert enquiries (instore, web and phone) into leads and opportunities by understanding their needs and interests and matching them to the most appropriate car. Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients with regular follow‑ups, and build rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale. Uphold Genesis brand standards in all aspects of Showcase operations. Ensure Genesis Retail products and displays are maintained to high standards. Represent Genesis Motors Australia as a sales and brand ambassador embodying luxury and excellence in all aspects. Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including collaboration with other team members on operational and business needs. About You You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your career in automotive with an innovative brand. 1–2 years of experience in automotive or luxury sales. Full valid Australian Driver’s licence. Driven by targets and always looking for new opportunities to make your next sale. Experience working with set sales processes and procedures. Ability to provide a luxury customer experience through all customer touch points (in‑person, on the phone or by email). Why work for Genesis Motors Australia?
