Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hallam, VIC for an Architectural Account Manager. The role involves building and managing relationships with architectural firms, designers, and key stakeholders, promoting dormakaba's innovative access solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs in line with company goals. Regular meetings, presentations, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams are integral to this role. Qualifications Strong experience in account management and client relationship building within the architecture, construction, or building materials industries. Technical aptitude in understanding access control systems, door hardware, and related solutions for commercial and residential applications. Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an ability to effectively interact with clients and industry professionals. Proven ability to identify business opportunities, develop strategic accounts, and achieve sales targets. Experience in project management, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic industry. A strong understanding of the local markets in Australia and New Zealand and familiarity with industry trends and compliance standards. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic IT systems; ability to analyze market data is a plus. A relevant qualification in architecture, construction, sales, or business would be beneficial.
