Our Enterprise Solutions team builds the platforms that power growth—SAP, Oracle and Salesforce. Step into a role where your work transforms how organisations run, scale, and compete. What You’ll Do Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, turning complex business needs into scalable, high-performing systems. Lead full‑cycle Salesforce implementations, from design to deployment, with a focus on integration‑heavy, microservices‑driven environments. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, compliant, and deliver measurable value. Guide stakeholders on credit decisioning processes and financial services systems. Mentor junior team members and champion best practices across projects. What We’re Looking For 8+ years in Salesforce solution architecture, with proven Service Cloud and Experience Cloud experience. Hands‑on experience with full‑cycle Salesforce implementations, ideally greenfield, in financial services. Strong integration and microservices expertise. Experience with credit decisioning systems; Financial Services Cloud and asset finance experience a plus. Excellent communicator and problem‑solver who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑moving environment.
