Sales Consultant at Plus Fitness Lindfield Are you passionate about fitness and love connecting with people? We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team at Plus Fitness Lindfield . You’ll be the friendly face that welcomes new members, helps them find the right membership, and keeps our community growing strong. What we’re looking for: Positive, outgoing attitude and great people skills A genuine passion for health and fitness Confidence in talking to new people (on the phone and in person) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Telephone and script based sales experience is not essential - but it’s definitely a plus Key Responsibilities: Drive membership growth through new sign-ups Conduct gym tours and promote membership options Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person interactions Deliver an exceptional member experience every time Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Weekly membership sign-up targets Lead follow-up conversion rate Retention and referral goals Consistent customer satisfaction and service quality Contribution to team sales and promotional campaigns Earn additional bonuses for meeting and exceeding KPIs, including membership sign-ups, lead conversions, and retention targets What we offer: Flexible hours (approx. 12 hours/week to start — with potential to grow) A supportive, fun, and motivating team culture Free gym membership Ongoing training and development opportunities Performance-based bonuses Apply now and take the next step in your fitness career. #J-18808-Ljbffr
