Together, let’s make everyday better**The Opportunity*** Lead multi-discipline design teams and be accountable for the delivery of high-quality design delivery outputs* Work collaboratively with the teams to manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget and quality and guide project delivery to achieve high levels of client satisfaction.* Manage Engineering governance processes (design reviews, change management, request for information, validation and verification, etc., related to the design.)Stepping into a supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and continuous improvement you will be given opportunities for mentoring junior engineers and professional growth and development.**About You**You will ideally be a Chartered Professional Engineer and have a bachelor’s engineering degree in the relevant discipline and gained a strong understanding of the Australian water industry, with a focus on water utilities/water treatment. industry standards and best practices on site and within a professional services environment. Strong technical writing skills are imperative, as is the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of stakeholders.
