Why This Role Work on real products from day one across multiple categories. Collaborate with industrial designers, mechanical engineers, electronics/firmware engineers, suppliers and clients. Mentoring, clear growth path and broad exposure in a fast‑paced consultancy. What You’ll Do Conduct background research into new products and technologies Participate in design projects from initial concept through to production Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in electronic engineering and firmware and communicate with project managers on a regular basis Contribute to client presentations that clearly communicate highly technical information in an easy‑to‑understand manner Iterate and explore a wide range of ideas and concepts and consistently evaluate their suitability based on all client goals Develop and communicate design intent through hand sketching, CAD (SolidWorks), and photorealistic rendering (Keyshot) Develop parts and mechanisms for a wide range of applications and prove function through rapid prototyping Develop all required production documentation such as 2D and 3D drawings, bill of materials etc. Work closely with local and offshore manufacturers to oversee pre‑production and production What We’re Looking For A degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics 0‑3 years of professional experience, ideally with time spent in a consultancy setting. Graduates that have completed an internship will be considered for this position Proficiency in SolidWorks, Adobe Creative Suite, and Keyshot A strong portfolio showcasing your skills and abilities in transforming concepts into production focused product designs Demonstrated understanding of plastic injection moulding, CNC and sheet metal fabrication processes Outstanding communication and presentation skills A hands‑on approach and a passion for iterative problem solving A mindset that embraces experimentation, feedback, and continuous learning Salary will be based on experience. Our team and work are highly diversified, hence experience in addition to Industrial Design will be highly regarded. This position will not suit a remote worker. You’ll be supported by senior designers, expected to take initiative, and encouraged to contribute ideas that improve our processes and outcomes.
