As an Industrial Designer - Exhibitions, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and engaging exhibition experiences for our clients. This full‑time position is based in Sydney, NSW and will see you collaborating closely with our design team, bringing innovative exhibition concepts to life. What you'll be doing Conceptualise and design unique, immersive exhibition environments and experiences Develop detailed production plans and 3D renderings to communicate your ideas Select appropriate materials, finishes, and fabrication methods to bring your designs to life Work closely with suppliers to oversee the organisation and installation of your designs Stay up‑to‑date with the latest exhibition design trends and technologies Collaborate with project managers, content specialists, and clients to ensure project objectives are met What we’re looking for A bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Exhibition Design, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in exhibition design, preferably within a creative agency or design studio Proficiency in design software such as 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD Inventor, Adobe Creative Suite Strong spatial awareness and the ability to translate 2D concepts into 3D experiences Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating impactful, visually striking designs What we offer Competitive salary and performance‑based bonuses Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A dynamic, collaborative work environment with a focus on work‑life balance Travel opportunities delivering projects About us We are a leading exhibition design and production agency specialising in innovative exhibition and event experiences.
