Primary location is based at our Forrestfield office with flexibility required to travel between our other offices in Welshpool and Joondalup. Key Responsibilities Create engaging written, visual, and video content tailored to different audiences. Capture and edit photos and videos at events and other activities. Capture our industry stakeholders’ and sponsors’ engagement. Event Organisation Assist with planning, coordinating and delivering events such as competitions, awards nights, breakfast sessions, networking functions, tools and product demonstrations. Assist with event logistics including venues, catering, audio‑visual, suppliers, and guest registrations. Assist with event marketing campaigns, invitations, programs, and promotional materials. Assist with event set‑up, execution, and pack‑down to ensure smooth operations. Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing. Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills. Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software). Experience in planning and delivering small to large‑scale events. Strong attention to detail. Positive, “can‑do” attitude with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Must be available to work outside standard hours during events.
