We’re looking for a highly creative Designer and Content Creator with a sharp visual eye and strong design focus to join our growing team. The environment is fast paced, commercial and creative, and gives you real responsibility early. You’ll be working across live projects that people will actually see and use which makes the work meaningful and energising. What you will be doing Creating engaging content across multiple formats including video, photography, infographics and social media Maintaining and developing creative in line with brand style guides Coordinating social media activity and helping grow our channels Managing and updating our website plus advertising, print and digital design Creating monthly EDMs and supporting campaign rollout Helping organise display home launches, events and trade shows Graphic design and content creation across digital and print Building and refreshing brochures, signage, booklets, branded merchandise, website content and similar collateral Liaising with external contractors and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs About you Two to four years’ experience as a graphic designer or similar role Some experience in residential construction, property or real estate is highly regarded but not essential Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and content production Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop Experience with Meta platforms for social content creation and publishing Confident communicator who is upbeat, enthusiastic and resilient Proactive and organised with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts Video editing and photography skills are highly regarded You will have hands on mentorship, creative licence and the chance to influence branding across multiple live projects.
