We provide physiotherapy, exercise physiology, podiatry, Pilates and integrated health services. Our marketing and content team plays a vital role in educating clients, elevating brand awareness and supporting clinic operations through high-quality digital and physical media. About the Role The Content Creator (Marketing) is responsible for planning, creating and delivering engaging digital and physical content. You will collaborate with clinical teams to create educational and promotional media, analyse engagement data, support campaigns and uphold brand consistency across all 8 Movement 101 clinics. This is a hands-on creative role suited to someone with demonstrated content production experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and update content across Movement 101’s website and social media platforms. Produce end-to-end content including scripting, filming, editing and publishing across digital channels. Create clinic-specific educational and trend-based content using tools such as Canva, Photoshop and CapCut. Develop physical marketing materials (posters, leaflets, brochures, business cards). Build and schedule email marketing campaigns, newsletters and promotional updates. Create training media and internal communications for quarterly team meetings. Gather and analyse digital engagement metrics to advise on strategy. Produce promotional material in collaboration with partner businesses. Manage small-run in-house printing and liaise with external print suppliers. Required Skills & Experience Applicants must demonstrate at least 15 months of previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Content Creator, Social Media Administrator, Digital Marketing Assistant or Marketing Coordinator), with responsibilities aligned to those listed above. Essential: Proven experience in digital content creation, social media management and basic CMS editing. Strong capability in production, photography, short-form content creation and graphic design. Proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or similar tools. Experience producing physical marketing materials. Ability to interpret engagement analytics and provide insights. Strong organisation, initiative and ability to manage competing deadlines. Desirable: Experience within healthcare, fitness or professional services industries. Understanding of brand consistency across multi-site organisations.
