Our second brand, New Directions Packaging, specialises in high-quality custom packaging — including product boxes, bags and mailers, shipping cartons, PR kits and event‑ready packaging. About the Role We are looking for a Content Creator who is confident creating short‑form social media content — mainly TikToks and Reels. You must be comfortable speaking on camera and participating in filmed content when needed. You will create content across three brands: New Directions Australia New Directions Packaging Our retail skincare brand Your work will include TikToks, Reels, YouTube‑style informative videos, product explainers, simple interview‑style clips, and occasional longer pieces that still follow an Instagram/social media style. You’ll work with our Marketing Lead and Digital Marketing Assistant, but you will own your content planning and workflow. This role suits someone who understands social media, knows how to communicate information clearly through video, and can work independently. This is a full‑time, on‑site role in our Marrickville showroom. What you’ll do Produce short‑form videos (TikTok, Reels, Stories) across three brands Create simple long‑form and informational videos for YouTube and our website Film and edit interviews, product walk‑throughs and staff‑led content Ideate practical content concepts that align with each brand’s audience and goals Plan, manage and schedule your own content calendar with minimal supervision Edit using phone‑based tools or basic software (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Stay on top of relevant social trends and adapt them appropriately Assist with basic graphic content for social media when needed Manage audience engagement by responding to comments and messages Maintain an organised content library for the marketing team Work confidently in a multi‑brand, fast‑paced environment Bring strong communication, organisation and problem‑solving skills Have a keen eye for detail, visual design and brand consistency Work autonomously and build a strong understanding of our products and business Why Us?
