Now we’re ready to take it public – and we call it The Social Engine . The Role We’re after a Social Media Coordinator who’s quick, organised, and knows good content when they see it. You’ll be running the posting schedules for multiple clients, writing captions that actually get read, double‑checking posts for typos, and giving editors feedback that keeps standards high. If it’s going live, it’s going through you first. What You’ll Do Schedule all short‑form, long‑form, and podcast content like clockwork. Write captions that pull people in, not put them to sleep. Review every post for typos, quality, and brand fit. Give editors clear, helpful feedback that levels up the final product. Keep clients consistent and looking sharp across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You’ll Smash This Role If You: Can juggle multiple accounts without dropping a ball. Don’t need hand‑holding – you know how to get it done. Care about quality and will fight for it. Actually understand how different platforms work.
