Part‑time, casual/temporary, full‑time, contract or permanent appointments are available. Position Overview Health Information Management Service (HIMS) Officers will provide clerical support for Fiona Stanley Hospital, ensuring records are maintained in a confidential environment and accessible in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Maintain and retrieve patient and administrative records confidentially. Ensure records are accessible and updated as required. Support the HIMS team in managing documentation for the 783‑bed tertiary hospital. Working Hours The Health Information Management Service operates Monday to Sunday. Example shift times include: day, evening, and night shifts as scheduled. Application Process Submit a comprehensive resume or CV. Provide names and contact details of two current referees. Working in a clerical role in a hospital/health care environment, you are required to deal with confidential information. Eligibility Permanent appointments require Australian citizenship or permanent residency. Fixed‑term appointments require documentary evidence of the right to live and work in Australia for the contract period.
