We are on the hunt for a passionate and driven Client Executive to join our vibrant team in Brisbane, QLD . Reporting directly to the Group Client Partner, you will be at the heart of our client engagement and sales strategy efforts. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting our Client Partners in driving sales initiatives, crafting account strategies, and fostering strong client relationships. Responsibilities Work closely with the Client Partner to develop comprehensive sales strategies tailored to their portfolio. Serve as a contact for clients when needed, addressing inquiries, concerns and issues, ensuring client satisfaction. Monitor sales performance and progress against targets and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, including client contact information, opportunities, sales activities and communication history. Contribute to a high performance environment and act with clarity on strategy, objectives and deliverables. Assist the Client Partner in identifying and developing tailored solutions to address client needs and challenges. Support the delivery of consistently high quality outputs across client brief responses, including presentations (Google Slides) and client schedules (Google Sheets). Maintain positive relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Who are you?
