The Role We’re looking for a proactive and personable Client Relations Executive to join our growing team. Based in Brisbane or Sydney, and working closely with our Melbourne team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our venue partners and driving their long‑term success with HeadBox. Reporting to the Head of Client Relations, you’ll work within our Host Team to deliver exceptional onboarding, ongoing support, and retention outcomes for our partners. This is a client‑facing, detail‑driven role that blends account management, customer success, and operational coordination. Responsibilities – What you'll do Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to spotlight our venue partners across key channels, from blog features and email campaigns to social media and the HeadBox platform. Client Onboarding – Guide new venue partners through our onboarding process, introducing them to our tech, setting clear expectations, and equipping them for success. 3D Venue Shoots & Edits – Coordinate professional 3D shoots, from briefing clients and managing pre‑shoot details to editing and delivering a final product that wows. Ongoing Client Success – Act as the main point of contact for your venue partners, ensuring they’re supported, trained, and maximising their results with HeadBox. Renewals & Retention – Manage subscription renewals, achieve retention targets, and identify opportunities to upsell or enhance client satisfaction.
