Assist with workforce administration including rostering, recruitment, and payroll Manage data entry and reporting to support patient care and quality indicators Coordinate equipment purchasing, maintenance, and stock control Organise meetings and ensure accurate documentation and follow-up Contribute to accreditation, incident management, and quality improvement processes Ready to make a difference? Holds or is willing to undertake a Certificate III in Health Administration Excellent communication skills including accurate spelling, good comprehension, confidence in the spoken word and ability to deal confidently and courteously with people at all levels. Demonstrated experience in word processing, spreadsheet and database software Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines Capacity to work under broad supervision and to undertake a diverse range of tasks as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment Experience with computerised rostering systems (HealthRoster).
