Job Description Enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced, operational environment Permanent full-time opportunity, based at the Melbourne Freight Terminal 7 day rotational shift roster JETS Transport Express Our premium road transport provider services the aviation industry, moving international air cargo to its domestic destination from hubs in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Coolangatta, Perth and Adelaide. Operations Supervisor The Operations Supervisor is crucial for the day‑to‑day management of staff and operations to ensure freight flows through our network without incident. You’ll be responsible for coordinating staff including conducting Toolbox meetings on a daily basis, planning the loading/unloading of linehaul trucks, liaising with customer booking requests and responding to ad‑hoc queries. Qualifications Operational experience in a similar industry (e.g. Aviation, transport, rail, mining) A valid HC and Forklift Licence Shift supervisory experience A good & safe driving record with a minimum 2 years’ experience driving Demonstrated commitment to managing a safe workplace Ability to work under pressure and remain calm Ability to meet the requirements for an ASIC security clearance, pre‑employment medical assessment, and drug and alcohol test Why Qantas?
