Job Description What you’ll do Based within our dynamic Sales & Marketing team, the Events Executive is the heartbeat of our event delivery. You’ll be the key contact for event organisers from the moment they book, ensuring their vision comes to life with precision, creativity and genuine hospitality. Your role blends coordination, client management, problem‑solving and hands‑on event execution, all with the Barossa Valley as your backdrop. Managing all event arrangements from pre‑planning and detailing to on‑site support and post‑event follow‑up Being the primary contact for organisers throughout their stay Coordinating and hosting site inspections and family experiences Liaising with banquet, kitchen, front office, and F&B teams to ensure flawless event delivery Promoting positive guest relations and resolving enquiries with professionalism and warmth Reviewing guest lists, maintaining event notes, and ensuring operational teams have accurate details Upholding high standards of service, grooming and personal presentation Supporting revenue growth through up‑selling opportunities and relationship building Qualifications What you will bring to the role: Previous experience in hotel events, weddings or conference operations Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple events with ease A creative, solutions‑focused mindset Excellent communication and guest service skills Strong attention to detail, grooming and professional presentation Confidence in liaising with vendors, guests, suppliers and internal teams Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) A genuinely warm and energetic personality that fits our Heartist culture Additional Information Accor Benefits ALL Heartist Membership – global discounts on accommodation & dining Family & Friends benefits across the Accor network Limitless career pathways within Accor hotels worldwide Work in one of Australia’s most picturesque regions, surrounded by vineyards and world‑class producers A supportive team culture that celebrates growth, diversity and creativity Ready to Bring Events to Life?
