About The Role The Customer Resolutions Officer is responsible for responding to customer enquiries and complaints with accuracy, professionalism and care. You will prepare clear written responses, provide timely information, and work with internal teams to resolve issues effectively. The role supports continuous improvement by identifying trends and contributing ideas that enhance customer experience and team performance. You will also assist with creating templates and tools to support efficient workflows and demonstrate a commitment to Unitywater’s safety and service standards. This is a max term 12 month opportunity based at our Maroochydore head office to start February 2026. Responsibilities Resolve customer enquiries and complaints with timely, professional support. Work with internal teams to deliver clear, effective solutions. Identify trends and improvements that enhance customer experience. To contribute to this, you will demonstrate the following skills and qualities for the role: Strong customer service experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality support. Certificate III in Business Administration, relevant industry experience, or other relevant qualification. Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Good organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. A proactive approach, using sound judgement and taking initiative when resolving issues. The ability to quickly learn new systems and confidently use Microsoft Office and other applications. Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing accurate, high-quality work.
