Overall leadership and development of a high-performing team to foster a culture of care, performance, and integrityOverall responsibility for growth of the businessA strong focus on nurturing client accounts at different stages of maturityLead the functional teams to maximize customer success and revenue generationBuild capability across the organization – coaching and development of key personnelRepresent Translationz at industry events, networking and presenting our solutionsBoard Governance, reporting, compliance, financial management and risk mitigationChange management, continuous improvement and innovation.The Applicant Profile
Experience8+ years of experience in growing key accountsDemonstrated track record and success, developing new business in enterprise-sized businessesA track record in growing existing client accountsA track record of building high performing teamsWe are open to candidates with differing life situations ranging from mid-career, executive team members through to those who have exited another businessBachelor’s degree or aboveBased in MelbourneWilling to travel interstateSelf-motivated, driven, and optimistic leaderFocused on achieving results and driving revenue growthDynamic and experienced leadership that fosters engaged and motivated teamsHigh commercial and business literacyModelling professionalism to other staffClient-focusedAbility to influence stakeholders and build strong long-term relationshipsThe Benefits
