Trainer and Assessor - 2 positons available At Health Industry Training , we are passionate about delivering high-quality training in accessible, supportive, and flexible environments across Australia. Our courses are tailored to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and hands‑on experience needed to secure roles in the health sector. We are currently looking for motivated and supportive Part-Time Trainers and Assessors to teach in one or more of the following areas: health services, health administration, pathology, allied health, practice management, clinical coding, hospital pharmacy, primary health care, and community services. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training and assessment to students, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment. Use a variety of teaching techniques and styles that are appropriate for the subject matter. Ensure adherence to adult learning principles and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (2015) to help students achieve required learning outcomes. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with students to support their progress. Prepare and submit all required documentation within specified timeframes. Provide regular feedback and progress reports to Health Industry Training staff as needed. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Relevant industry experience in areas being delivered. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or the willingness to obtain it promptly). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an enthusiastic and approachable demeanor. Excellent computer and organisational abilities. A genuine passion for education and the development of students in the health sector.
