Overview The Ads & Promo team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising, surfacing and monetizing relevant content that benefits our core audiences. We provide digital solutions to help advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. As an Associate, Ad Operations, you will support the management of promotional and advertising activities for our restaurant partners, CPGs and new verticals. About the Role This role ensures that merchant-supported campaigns are executed with precision, aligned to product objectives, and delivered on time. Working closely with cross‑functional partners you’ll translate campaign briefs into structured, scalable builds within the DoorDash app. You’ll handle campaign builds, manage the nuances of our merchant campaign menu, troubleshoot setup challenges, and work across teams to ensure that every campaign is properly configured and launched, supporting our merchants and business goals. You will report into the Associate Manager on our ANZ Ad Operations team. Key Responsibilities Build: You’re not afraid to try something new. Problem Solve: You like diving into ambiguous problems. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a campaign operations, marketing ops, or executional role. A strong eye for detail and pride in getting the build right the first time – accuracy, consistency, and quality are part of your DNA. Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across teams to deliver impactful outcomes. Process‑oriented and comfortable working with structured workflows, intake forms, and build documentation. Exceptionally organized and able to operate in a complex and changing workplace.
