Preparation of annual budgets & quarterly forecasts Create business cases for capital spends About Our Client A global leader within their respective sector, our listed client has a presence across APAC, Europe, the Americas, Middle East & Africa. Due to a global promotion, the team is now looking to strengthen its local West Australian FP&A function. Job Description Reporting into the CFO, this role will be responsible for supporting the ongoing financial performance of the respective business line. Key duties will also include: Providing business partnering coaching to operations staff. Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Provide detailed analysis of financial performance and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting for the business line portfolio. Create business cases for capital spends. Manage 1 x direct report. The Successful Applicant The successful applicant will possess the following traits: CA/CPA Qualified. A demonstrated background working within a FP&A, Management Accounting or Business Partner role within a commercial environment. Exposure working within a multi-national business (desired). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Track record of providing recommendations for business cases/process improvement.
