Are you a hands‑on Salesforce expert ready to make a real impact across marketing, investor engagement, and business operations? We’re looking for a Salesforce Specialist to take ownership of the day‑to‑day administration, support, and enhancement of Salesforce, Financial Services Cloud, and Pardot (Account Engagement). This role blends BAU support, stakeholder engagement, and continuous system improvement — perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and driving CRM adoption. What You’ll Do Administer and optimise Salesforce, Financial Services Cloud, and Pardot to ensure reliability and data accuracy Design and maintain objects, reports, dashboards, and Excel‑based analytics for key business insights Partner with stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver CRM enhancements Manage marketing automation and email campaigns within Pardot Collaborate across marketing, corporate affairs, investor relations, and operations Prioritise and track system requests through weekly meetings Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with external vendors when needed About You Proven Salesforce administration experience, ideally within financial services or a corporate environment Hands‑on experience with Financial Services Cloud, Pardot (Account Engagement) or Marketing Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce reporting, Flows, and automation tools Skilled in data manipulation within Salesforce and Excel Self‑starter with excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Experience supporting BAU operations and delivering small enhancement projects Salesforce certifications (Admin, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) highly regarded Knowledge of data security principles is desired.
