MW Civil & Earthmoving is a WA owned and operated civil contracting company specialising in Civil Engineering solutions within the mining, energy and defence sectors. Our business operates across all regions of Australia. We are seeking EOI’s from experienced Project Managers to manage civil projects from planning to completion. This position requires flexibility to work across Western Australia, Northern Territory and metro areas. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate comprehensive project planning, including workforce onboarding, procurement, and equipment mobilisation to support successful project commencement. Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil construction activities across multiple concurrent sites, ensuring alignment with design specifications, budgets, schedules, and Client requirements. Manage daily site operations with a strong focus on quality, safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to company policies, WHS standards, and industry regulations. Review and manage permits, liaise with the Client, and ensure effective coordination of traffic management with approved TM providers. Oversee material procurement processes, including raising purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and conducting on-site inspections to confirm quality and specifications. Implement quality control processes, including ITPs, testing, and oversight of workmanship to maintain high construction standards. Prepare, update, and manage key project documentation such as schedules, progress reports, cost estimates, and internal reporting records. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies, while also preparing contingency plans to address unforeseen issues and avoid delays. Identify variations, prepare notifications, undertake costings and financial analysis, and proactively recommend improvements in project and operational efficiency. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, progress reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
