As a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will be: Lead the solution analysis, design, development, support, documentation and governance of Marketing Cloud journeys and automations Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Marketing Cloud with other systems Implement best practices for platform management, encompassing maintenance, monitoring, scalability, and security, to ensure optimal performance and resilience Develop and deploy continuous improvement actions to ensure implementation of continuous improvement strategies in your work area Use your understanding of the client context to anticipate needs, tailor services, improve service offerings, and ensure high‑quality outcomes Act as a coach and work with team members to facilitate growth and development in the Marketing Cloud space Stay abreast of Salesforce updates and new capabilities to ensure campaigns are optimised and to make full use of the platform’s capabilities In your first 6-12 months, you will: Settle in, learn the Deakin landscape, get to know your teams, and the technologies you will be using Establish relationships and connections with teams while comprehending our vision, objectives, and team inclusion agreements Work with your delivery stream and practice team to deliver initiatives, features, and change requests to improve the teaching, learning, research and administration experiences at Deakin Become the voice and subject‑matter expert for your domain.
