The role In this senior role, you will own the end-to-end Marketing Cloud capability, solution design, and architecture, working closely with clients and internal delivery teams to design and implement scalable, data-driven solutions that enable high-impact MarTech programs. This is a client-facing, strategic position where you will lead cross-functional teams, shape solution roadmaps, and ensure our clients achieve measurable business outcomes through Salesforce technology. Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne. Responsibilities / Qualifications Lead architecture and delivery of Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions, from discovery and design through to implementation and Go Live Translate business objectives into robust, scalable, multi-cloud architectures integrating Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud with the client’s applications landscape Architect and optimise data models across Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow, identity resolution, and real-time activation 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Marketing Cloud Architect Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and enterprise data architecture.
