Role We are seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our Melbourne team. In this role, you will provide subject matter expertise across multiple client projects, helping design, implement, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, develop marketing automation strategies, and deliver impactful campaigns. Key Responsibilities Lead and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and optimisations for multiple clients. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. Design, configure, and deploy Marketing Cloud journeys, email campaigns, data extensions, and automations. Provide expertise on best practices for marketing automation, segmentation, and reporting. Support ongoing client engagement and troubleshooting, ensuring delivery excellence. Stay up‑to‑date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud enhancements and industry trends. Qualifications Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant or similar role. Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Contact Builder. Experience with data modelling, segmentation, and SQL within Marketing Cloud. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet client deadlines. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders. Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
