We’re looking for someone to lead testing on major D365 projects for a client where your impact will be felt from day one. What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves) 3–5 years’ experience working on D365 projects (ideally including Finance & Operations module) 10+ years’ Test Management experience in dynamic environments Strong experience in Test Automation or managing automation teams Hands‑on with Azure DevOps Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication skills Nice to Have Experience with Leapwork Test Automation tool Exposure to hybrid teams (onsite & offshore) What Makes You Stand Out You’ve delivered multiple D365 projects, especially in the F&O module You’ve built or improved test automation processes You’re comfortable integrating into environments where testing is new—setting clear expectations and building trust from scratch You thrive in high‑paced, collaborative teams and can communicate complex ideas simply What We’re NOT Looking For Generic Test Managers without hands‑on D365 project experience Ready to make a real impact and start in January?
